- Spunbond plant solutions
Nonwoven spunbond process is specially designed and developed for the production of nonwovens for special applications. Polymer, filament and web weight flexibility meeting high industrial quality standards and efficient productivity, are essential for nonwoven producers in this field.
Our spinning technology is the ideal to produce bitumen roofing substrates, roofing underlayments, geotextiles or other techncial nonwovens.
- Meltblown plant solutions
The systems can be configured to process a variety of polymers and to produce a broad range of fabric performance characteristics.

Stand-alone mono and bicomponent meltblown equipment for a variety of filtration, insulation and sorbents applications.
In this case, a meltblown web can be utilized alone or combined inline or offline with additional media for the purpose of creating filtration, insulation or sorbent composites.

In this case, meltblown systems are inserted between an upstream and downstream spinning system (typically spunbond) for the purpose of creating a barrier or liquid impervious layer.

For the production of wide width webs based either on 100% pulp fibers or homogeneous mixtures of different fibers and powders. Typical raw materials are fluff pulp, bicomponent bonding fibers and super absorbent powder for absorbent core material.web forming systems can also be combined with other forming technologies, such as spunbond and carding.

Oerlikon Neumag staple fiber plants stand for highest product quality and absolute reliability.
- One-step Staple Fiber technology
Oerlikon Neumag’s compact 1-step staple fiber spinning lines have an excellent flexibility with regard to the processable raw materials and titer range.
The applications are as diverse as they are specific: from fibers for geotextiles, filtration applications or hygiene applications to reinforcement fibers through to fibers for automotive applications.
Highest flexibility in raw material input: PET, recycled PET, PP, PA6
Titer range: 1 – 70 dtex
- Two-step Staple Fiber technology
Oerlikon Neumag´s two-step staple fiber plants are designed to meet highest quality requirements at minimum operation cost.
The largest plants with production capacities of up to 300 t/d guarantee high production yields under absolutely stable conditions for the production of high-quality PET cotton type fibers.
Beyond this, we offer two-step lines for the production of staple fibers with most different properties out of PET, PP, PA or bicomponent for a wide variety of applications like hygiene or medical products, geotextiles or concrete reinforcements.

The plant is directed towards fiber producers with small lot sizes and downstream integrators.
